How much does Oprisa earn?
Hello everyone, it doesn't matter how much I earn, what matters is how much you earn. Are you willing to make the sacrifices I made? I lived in a trailer with my family for over 2 years to capitalize. From monthly expenses of 4000 in Munich, I reduced to under 2000 monthly expenses for 3 people, then for 4 people it increased a bit and now for 5 it has increased again... but how much have I capitalized? How did I work smart while also being employed? How did I improve my German? Are you willing to learn, to risk, to work both normally and smartly? Are you willing to do something constructive during downtime while delivering food? Are you willing to help as many people as possible to earn as much honest money as possible? Are you willing to make promotional videos for me for 20-50 euros? I am willing to pay. I am willing to earn proportionally less and less, as we increase the volume. I am willing to invest in businesses with you, if you are also willing to learn what I have learned so we can speak the same language. The courses I am filming now are wow. Let's talk a little about me, but with the thought of what you can implement today...
Perhaps many of you see that through my hands last month about 20,000 euros could have been my profit before taxes. This in the context where the turnover for October was 518,000 euros, after it was 280,000 in July, and the same in August. But I do not need so much money and I invest in growing the business which could also be seen as my Why.
I have invested in experts through TopTal who can help us move forward, by creating a database just as large companies have:

The more of you have a Gewerbeschein, the more chances we have to get new contracts, to create synergies. Today we discuss the potential opening of an insurance brokerage company through which you can earn money from recommendations. In recent days we discussed that we have not moved forward with recruitment contracts until we set up the Call Center and procedures at Uber Eats.
We want to open more businesses on a healthy structure. We have a lot of work to do. Those who want to contribute are asked to enter
Priority in recruitment
My goal is not to spend an abnormally large amount as a family. My goal is to invest for you, the Romanians in Germany.
Do you know what car I drove in recent months? A Mitsubishi Space Star bought new in 2019 for 8650 euros, at 12 km, which I then bought with a monthly installment of 74 euros, but in the meantime I paid off the loan faster. Now I have bought a family car, after selling a Mitsubishi and a trailer.
Moreover, do you know how much money comes into our family besides my own? Rents from Romania, 3 child benefits, a Familiengeld (250 euros only received in Bavaria for children between 1 and 3 years old) and my wife's money. A family can manage with this money. I think somewhere around 2800-3000 euros a month come in before we talk about what I bring. And I don't bring much anymore. I pay rent and contribute to outings. Otherwise, I don't have much to do. From 2020 I don't think I have spent over 4000 euros a month, except prepayments at the bank, or annual expenses. In 2020, 2021 and 2022 I was even below the tax threshold. Or more correctly I know that in 2019, 2020, 2021 I recovered all the tax and I think for 2022 I escape just as well without expenses for tax.
Why does Oprisa do what he does?
I think because of some dear people to me: a judge who gave me a sentence to calm me down, Stefan Cibian whom I met while I was a student in Hungary, and Elisabeth Florescu, research director at The Millennium Project - an organization that studies the future and sends reports to all countries - for example, this year it raises awareness about the necessity of creating legislation as soon as possible for artificial intelligence, those who proposed Datenschutz and many other issues that keep us, the masses, safe from criminal groups through research, legislation, and prevention.
From 2006 to 2012 I was caught up in various forms in several NGOs. I was first a volunteer, then an ambassador, manager, and consultant for NGOs, and in 2012 I launched my own. Elizabeth Florescu sent me at the last minute to an international conference on the Future of Cities - The Ljubljana Forum - https://www.aradreporter.ro/asociatia-aradul-prospera-interesata-de-soarta-tinerilor/ -
An event with 80 participants, 4 mayors of European capitals, and me.

In 2013 I presented my project everywhere and I felt like everyone understood, but didn't want to change the system. It was a project made after talking to people from human resources departments of many companies that employed over 60,000 employees. The results were ending me and I wondered why we have so many universities in Romania and so few professional schools? What was the idea of my project? I wanted to make the lives of Romanians better through a professional conversion project and adapting the education system to market demand. Of course, in 10 years too little has changed, I have seen too few professional schools in public-private partnerships. This partnership brings to the same table a professional school and a factory, for example, that needs many electricians. The factory sponsors a class of electricians every year who learn a little theory and go to the factory to practice. Just like in Germany.
One of the chapters of my project was the creation of a Job Fair for students and pupils, following the model I had seen while studying and working in Italy. This project was put into practice and I saw that fortunately, it took a national scope.
Mihai Oprisa does what he does of course also to offer his family security, but this could be done in other ways as well.
I think the evidence shows that Mihai Oprisa does what he does because key people, like a judge convinced him that if he didn't feel like doing it for himself since he has everything, then he should try doing it for others who have not had his blessings in life. Stefan Cibian, while he was president of the Association of Romanian Students in Hungary, taught him to work for communities, and Elizabeth Florescu appreciated his work and somewhat inspired him that for the future we need people like him.
I believe it is my cross to try to uplift the community of Romanians in Germany, to make a stronger community, to inspire the community to learn all their lives so that each can offer their family a better future and secure alternative sources of income besides salaries..
For me, every person I meet is not a number and a source of income as it is for most recruiters. I want us as a community to grow. I have met over 4000 people in my career, of whom I believe I have entered the homes of over 1000.
In the early years, I hired young graduates and young people from care centers in my companies in Romania. I have met people from Florin Ratiu, one of the first 20 people on Facebook, politicians devoted to their communities such as my former desk mate Razvan Prisca deputy, my kindergarten mate Varga Glad, deputy and from June 28, 2023 Deputy Leader of the PNL party. I was mentored by Ioan Cuzman, former president at SIF Banat Crisana, by Marius Darie - former manager of a company that had 1800 employees, and by Raul Balanescu, with an estimated fortune in the top 300 capital at 33-37 million euros.
For me, every person deserves the best, but for this, they must learn continuously. As Romanians in Germany, we must learn German, we must learn their taxation system, we must learn to know each other, to learn good manners and how to look for opportunities to make money.
I want to offer you opportunities and resources for education + education recommendations that easily convert to well-being, not impractical nonsense as taught in universities.. I always recommend the platform https://upriserz.ro/ because it is good for all Romanians and is accessible to all Romanians, 9 euros a month, an amount I believe everyone can afford.
You will learn to sell, to understand the common chassis of any business, you will learn about passive income sources. You will be prepared to recruit both for Uber Eats and for other jobs, you will be prepared to develop businesses.

With special consideration,
your colleague Mihai Oprisa
If I could and still can, I am no better than you
