With us, your status is EMPLOYEE (not Gewerbe). Contract types: Flexible or Minijob. The schedule is flexible, but planned together with the coordinator, mainly on peak times (evenings & weekends) to ensure predictability and work–life balance.

“M-am gândit să încep singur, m-am apucat să fac singur aplicația, dar mi-am prins urechile...
